If you found a problem, include the extension version, browser, operating system, and the search page where the behavior occurred.
Before asking for support
- Confirm the extension is active at
chrome://extensions. - Test on a Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, or YouTube results page.
- Open the extension settings and confirm the widget and automatic capture are enabled.
- Reload the search page after installing or updating the extension.
